Lord Robertson answers NATO critics

Via Gavinsblog, Secretary-General of NATO, Lord Robertson, argues that NATO is the only credible vehicle for peace in Monday's IHT. He addresses three main criticisms, that; NATO partners do not share the same perpective, NATO is crippled by sub standard European capabilities and thirdly that NATO is doomed because European members lack the political will to use their military machine.
