Moral Blackmail

Sir Malcolm Rifkind (defence secretary from 1992-95 and foreign secretary from 1995-97) comments in todays Guardian on War in Iraq and WMD - Moral blackmail will not do. Sadly I think that he should appreciate matters differently but his is a voice which should be heard, unlike so many others.
