Via Samizdata the Canadian State grown marijuana is so bad the people supposed to benefit want their money back. It seems that rather than supplying weed with 10.2% THC as advertised the product, which comes in 30g bags for $150 Canadian, actually has 3% THC and has some lead and arsenic thrown in for free.

It's a step in the right direction but not a very big one.
