According to the Sunday Times and ePolitix, if Brown succeeds Blair then Cook may get back into the Cabinet in some kind of relatively important role. My violent reaction against this little twat getting anywhere near strings of power causes me to wonder whether Labour could survive losing Blair who almost manages to hold together the uneasy alliance of old and new labour, not just old and new labour MP's but far more importantly old and new labour voters. If they're gonna pull some kind of loony stunt like this then they better wait until after the next General Election so Blair can make sure they win.
