Links

I'm trying to figure out a way to intersperse links that I think are interesting (but that I am currently unable to talk about) in amongst entries but for them to not be included in the index feed for An Oasis as a whole, pretty much exactly like at kottke.org. Alternatively I may try a sideblog for links. Any suggestions? I'm experimenting with a few things but, meantime;

• Guardian (Tues 18th), Comment, Martin Kettle, "Journalists' self-righteous arrogance has gone too far" - Press irresponsibility now matches that of trade unions in the 1960s. Following day's (Wed, 19th) Letters in furtherance of same topic.
  
• The Australian (May 19th), Only Blair can dry bedtime tears.
  
• Radiohead star composes for BBC - Radiohead's guitarist Jonny Greenwood has joined the BBC as its composer in residence, which will include writing new work for Radio 3.
