This morning, 9am lecture, European Community Law. Scribbling notes longhand with a pen and on paper.

Tax on wines greater than that levied on beer.
-> Beer & Wine <strong> NOT SIMILAR !
Claim therefore under Article 90(2), giving advantage to beer.

I actually got to the end of "NOT SIMILAR!" before I realised that I was marking up my notes in HTML. The End.
