The new customizable Google News is nice. Unlike for example Findory which personalises your news based on previous reads, Google just lets you add sections to the layout based on a set of search terms or one of their pre-configured categorisations. This retains the breadth of News which I like, while giving a one glance look at the areas where you hold special interest.
