Clever quotes, Anna-Lisa. Languages derived from hundreds of years of culture are quaint, and under strong medication or powerful narcotics can approcah "romantic", but are inefficient and bloated and, quite frankly, stupid. We need a worldwide language, something designed to work with the biology of our brains. That rules out English, and I'm willing to give it up. Anything but French would be fine.
